What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal, all cards are charged at time of order and we use a payment gateway so your payment method is secure and we don't store your credit card on our server. It's instant and secure, the way online shopping should be. We also accepts checks but please note your order will not ship until the check has cleared our bank. International orders are via Credit Card or Paypal only.

How do I view my previous orders?

You can view your orders at any time by logging into your account, in your dashboard you can view and print orders as well as update your account information.

Just click the login button at the top of every page. 

How can I update my account?

You can update your account information at any time by logging into your account, don't worry if you forget your password, there is an automatic recovery system. Once logged in you can change your address details and more.


When will my order ship?

We all hate waiting for something we've ordered and paid for, we understand this and will ship your order within 5 business days. Once your order ships the carrier (UPS/USPS) will take care of delivering your items by the service you selected. Not all shirt sizes / types are in stock at all time, most will be except some of the larger sizes 4/5/6XL although we do try to carry all of these at all times. Other delays can be caused by printers being serviced, equipment issues, luckily these are rare and we will advise you of any unexpected delays.

Your tracking number is emailed automatically so you can check the progress of your order via UPS or USPS website.

What are business days?

Business days are Monday to Friday, we do not ship or deliver on weekends, we are also closed for major holidays, you know Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, that kind of thing.
In the busy holiday period we do process and ship on Saturdays and well as processing on Sundays.

My shipment is damaged what can I do?

If your box arrives with obvious signs of damage, you should immediately  let us know, if possible take a photograph of the damaged box and keep that, this may be required for an insurance claim.

If something is damaged in your package, let us know right away, take a photo and email it to us, we'll let you know what the next steps are, usually replacement , refund or an insurance claim.

Can you deliver to P.O boxes?

We can only ship to P.O Boxes using USPS. Please help us get your order to you as quickly as possible by entering your address correctly in the checkout and in your account admin.

Will I have to pay customs fees or duties?

Many countries charge custom clearance fees, import duties or tax, we have no control over this or have any way of estimating how much these could be. If in doubt contact your local customs organization. Also there are some restrictions on which items that can be imported, it is up to you to decide on what is allowed. We are not responsible for any taxes, duties, delays or seizures imposed by your countries customs clearing.
We do not charge any taxes or fees for international shipping these are imposed by your country (if applicable).

Will you modify customs forms?

We will not modify customs documents.

Our shipping system automatically fills out custom forms with the exact description and price of your order, we do not modify the pricing or description in order to deceive receiving countries customs. We will not mark a shipment as gift and will always insure for the full value of the shipment.


How do I return something?

Returns are easy with Future Of Flight, you can return most items within 30 days.
You can login to your account view your orders and click on RMA.

If you just changed your mind you can arrange a return. You must contact us within 30 days and we will refund the costs of the item purchase (minus shipping ) the refund will be give as a store credit (gift card credit). We'll send you a RMA (return to manufacturer authorization) returns without a RMA may be refused. The merchandise must be in an unused condition, i.e t-shirts must not have been worn or washed, items should be in it's original packaging and in a saleable condition, We reserve the right to refuse a refund for merchandise that has been used and is no longer in a saleable condition.
Some items may not be returned that were marked as no returns, clearance or on sale, if in doubt please contact us. Refunds will be issued as a store credit.

Replacements: If for some reason we ship you the wrong item or the item is defective let us know within 30 days and we'll pay for the shipping back and send out a replacement or refund if applicable.
